What do the numbers, 0, 2, and 3 mean at the end of a product number?

The fifth digit indicates Product Variations:

00000-0

1 Clear 1 White
2 Red 2 Black
3 Yellow 3 Chrome or Sainless
4 Green 4 Aluminum
5 Blue 5 Zinc
0 Split Color
