I am installing a new 5218 brake light and a new 9242 rubber grommet in an aluminum trailer. Can I have the directions on what way and what direction these two item are to be installed?

Grote's Answer

For best results, insert the rubber grommet into the hole in the trailer first. Then, attach the light to the pigtail or trailer wiring and insert the lamp into the rubber grommet to create a snug fit. This light can be mounting horizontally or vertically.
